Your privacy matters at SORTED AI
This Privacy Notice explains how Keith Hadley, trading as SORTED AI, collects and uses personal information when providing the SORTED AI service. We are the data controller. Our contact details are: 3 Greatfield Road, Plymouth, PL3 6QQ and hello@mysortedai.co.uk. The service is intended for people aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom. Last updated: 16 August 2026.

Understanding your data on our site
We collect information you provide to us, including your name and contact details, payment confirmation, case facts, dates, amounts, correspondence and relevant evidence descriptions. We use this information to take steps at your request, perform our contract with you, provide and secure the service, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests such as preventing fraud and improving reliability. Payment data is handled by Stripe; website and hosting services may involve Webador and Cloudflare; AI-assisted drafting may involve OpenAI. These providers process data under their own contractual and security arrangements, which may include lawful international transfers. Do not provide passwords, full card or bank details, unnecessary identity documents, or information about another person unless it is genuinely needed and lawful to share.

Why we collect your information
We use your information to organise your facts, create timelines and evidence checklists, generate AI-assisted complaint drafts, analyse replies and suggest next steps. AI output can be incomplete or mistaken and is not a solely automated legal decision about you. We do not sell your case information. Access is restricted to what is necessary to operate, secure and support the service.

How your data is kept safe
Your working case is available for up to 90 days unless you delete it earlier. Using the permanent-delete feature removes the working case from the active SORTED workspace, but limited payment, accounting, consent, security, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary. Processor security logs may also be retained for limited periods. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Contact hello@mysortedai.co.uk to exercise your rights. No online service can promise absolute security, but we use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards.
