Understanding our approach
SORTED is an AI-assisted consumer information and drafting support service operated by Keith Hadley, sole trader, trading as SORTED AI. We are not a law firm or regulated adviser. The founding customer offer is £9.99 for one complete consumer complaint case, limited to the first 100 cases, with up to 90 days or 40 AI messages. The planned standard price is £19.99. You review and send every draft yourself; we cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
