Terms of use for SORTED AI
These Terms form the agreement between you and Keith Hadley, trading as SORTED AI, 3 Greatfield Road, Plymouth, PL3 6QQ. Contact: hello@mysortedai.co.uk. You must be aged 18 or over and purchasing mainly for personal use in the United Kingdom. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access to your case is provided. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights. Last updated: 16 August 2026.

Understanding your SORTED case
The founding customer offer for One SORTED Case costs £9.99 and is limited to the first 100 cases. The planned standard price is £19.99. Each purchase covers one consumer dispute for up to 90 days or 40 AI messages, whichever happens first. It includes guided questions, an initial case assessment, a timeline and evidence checklist, complaint or response drafting, suggested next steps, analysis of company replies, and follow-up or escalation drafts—including an ombudsman or ADR draft where appropriate. You review, correct and send every draft yourself. SORTED AI does not contact the company, submit complaints, act as your representative, provide a solicitor-client relationship, guarantee an outcome, or include court proceedings. Access depends on reasonable service availability; planned or emergency maintenance may occasionally interrupt access.

Crucial information about our service
SORTED AI provides AI-assisted consumer information and drafting support, not regulated legal advice. AI can misunderstand facts or produce incomplete or incorrect material. You are responsible for checking names, dates, amounts, evidence, deadlines and the final wording before using it. Seek a solicitor or regulated professional where a matter is urgent, high value, complex, involves litigation or could seriously affect your rights. We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, statutory consumer rights, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, failure to check a draft, missed external deadlines, or decisions made by the company, ombudsman, regulator or court.

Acceptable use of SORTED AI
The service is for genuine personal UK consumer complaints. It must not be used for threats, harassment, fraud, fabricated evidence, unlawful activity, bulk commercial use or attempts to bypass access controls. Criminal, active court-litigation, divorce or family, employment grievance or discrimination, personal injury, immigration, benefits, complex financial-product, housing-disrepair compensation and professional-negligence matters are outside scope. We may pause or refuse unsafe or out-of-scope use and signpost you elsewhere. These Terms are governed by the law applicable in your part of the United Kingdom; you retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts available to you as a consumer.
